This journey came at a pivotal time in my life. I was preparing for my annual women's retreat, and wanted (needed) to exemplify prioritization and empowerment - the keystones of my program. I've attending private sessions with Jill and I have to say doing the work to unpack my traumas has been a journey but so worth it. I love Jill's approach and how she makes me feel relaxed and so comfortable because sharing such personal details is never easy. I just had my first breath work session and I literally left the session super relaxed BUT also feeling released from whatever I was holding on to. This is a journey that I'm on of healing and I couldn't be anymore grateful to have Jill guide me along the way
